His work as a consultant has recently expanded to include planning regional and national events. Current projects include service to the ELCA Pacifica Synod Worship Planning Team, to First United Methodist Church, San Diego and to the Leadership Program for Musicians West Coast Conference to be held at California Lutheran College in Thousand Oaks, California summer of 2004. He will present two workshops at the 2004 National Convention of the American Guild of Organists in Los Angeles.

He has also served as Dean of the San Diego Chapter of the American Guild of Organists and on the Board of Directors of the Spreckels Organ Society. He also developed a Youth Concerts Series for the Society where 10,000 fifth-grade school children were introduced to the organ each year.
